Duties
Identify training needs, develops and conducts training for timekeepers, alternate timekeepers and certifying officials for all activities serviced.
Develop business processes to assure labor cost information is accurate for serviced personnel, including General Schedule and Wage Grade employees.
Serve as a central point of contact to receive documents that affect payroll accounts and to distribute various reports.
Maintain customer service support files for future audit or reference in accordance with established guidelines.
Guide timekeepers and supervisors through biweekly (or more frequent) input, approval and certification of Time and Attendance and labor data.
Resolve pay and leave problems in close coordination with representatives of the Civilian Human Resources Service Center (CHRSC) and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
