provide technical leadership and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications
ensure application reliability, performance, monitoring, reporting, and continuous delivery
drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and preventive actions
lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production outages
develop runbooks, operational documentation, and recovery procedures

Requirements

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines
application support and observability skills
experience with infrastructure technologies and enterprise monitoring tools
coding experience, database experience
familiarity with SRE
Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience
