Location: Criders Corners

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring successful sprint execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices to improve team maturity and productivity.
  • Identify, manage, and remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver sprint commitments effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and project goals.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery status using Agile reporting tools.
  • Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing actionable process enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and support release planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise Agile standards, governance, and delivery practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high‑performing Agile team culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong experience supporting Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services technology projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
