Adobe AEM Platform Development ​/ Support

Location: Malvern

Roles & Responsibilities
" Develop, maintain, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
" Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.
" Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex application issues.
" Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
" Support content authors with content management, publishing, and workflow-related issues.
" Troubleshoot AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and replication-related issues.
" Develop and maintain reusable components following AEM best practices.
" Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
" Must have experience in AWS S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Cloud Watch, Lambda
" Must have experience in Splunk, Service Now.
" Participate in deployment, release management, and environment support activities.
" Collaborate with business, infrastructure, Dev Ops, and QA teams for smooth delivery and support.
" Optimize application performance, catching strategies, and content delivery.
" Ensure platform security, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
" Production Support Responsibilities:
Incident Management and Service Request Handling. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
" Deployment Support and Validation.
" Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Documentation.
