We at Coforge are Looking for an AI Hub Program Manager with the following skills:
About the RoleThe AI Hub Program Manager is Coforge's most senior delivery leader embedded at the client - an Asset & Wealth Management enterprise responsible for four interconnected mandates: defining and building the AI Hub platform, industrializing it as a Platform-as-a-Service, driving AI use case delivery on top of it, and evangelizing adoption across all lines of business. This is not a traditional program manager role.
It demands someone who can architect a transformation narrative in the boardroom, govern a complex multi-cloud build in the delivery room, and inspire a business unit head to become an AI Hub champion all in the same week.
- Define, Design & Build the AI Hub
- Drive AI Use Case Design & Build
Proven track record managing large-scale platform or data/AI programs in enterprise environments - end-to-end, from discovery to production.
Required Skills- Working knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (Sage Maker, Bedrock) and GCP AI services (Vertex AI)
- Understanding of AI Hub platform components - model registries, vector databases, RAG pipelines, orchestration layers (Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel), agent frameworks, API gateways, observability tooling
- Awareness of LLM landscape - Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o), open-source models (Mistral, LLaMA)
- Ability to evaluate multi-cloud portability and interoperability considerations as the client expands beyond Azure
- Enough architectural literacy to challenge design decisions, identify risks, and mediate between solution architects and business stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-team delivery ecosystems - internal client teams, Coforge squads, cloud partners, ISVs
- Proficiency in agile at scale - SAFe, LeSS, or hybrid agile-waterfall models suited to regulated enterprise delivery
- Strong command of program governance - steering committees, RAID logs, dependency mapping, milestone tracking, executive reporting
- Ability to manage release and change management in Microsoft-native environments (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions)
- Experience navigating procurement, compliance gates, and security review cycles inherent to enterprise financial services programs
