Job Title
Responsibilities:
Triage and troubleshoot problems and attempt to solve and escalate to another team if you can’t solve it immediately
Look through logs, databases, applications to find the problem/root cause
Automate or improve processes by developing scripts, code/apps
Qualifications:
Ability to learn quickly and retain information
People skills (good communication, approachable, good energy, handles stressful situations, etc.)
Problem solver: can use log files, read through AWS, scripts, trace an IT workflow and find the issue.
