SAP Test Lead

Seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead with strong SAP FICO expertise and experience in the Life Sciences (GxP) domain. The ideal candidate will have 12–15+ years of overall experience, including 5–7 years leading SAP testing programs, and will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive SAP testing strategies for complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

12–15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5–7 years leading SAP testing programs.
Seeking experienced SAP Test Manager with strong SAP FICO skills;
Experience in the Life Sciences domain (GxP).
Define comprehensive test strategy for validation of company split scenario is carved out with no business disruption.
Strong hands-on experience of testing finance processes (AP, AR, Project & Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, Revenue Accounting, Treasury).
Identifying test requirements, end-to-end test scenarios, test scripts for SIT, BST, and UAT test cycles.
Coordinate with BPOs, TPOs, Functional Leads, Security, Data, SQA, Compliance, and Cutover Leads across geographies, ensuring smooth system transitions during organizational restructuring initiatives.
Prepare and track readiness of multiple test cycles including SIT, BST, and UAT.
Conduct workshops to identify end-to-end scenarios, data dependencies, security personas, and other dependencies with boundary systems.
Coordinate with BPOs for tester availability and readiness, Security team for persona setup, Cutover team for test environment and transport readiness, and Migration team for data loads.
Define weekly and daily test execution plans based on dependencies with partner teams.
Conduct kick-off meetings, monitor and track test execution, conduct defect triage meetings, exit gate meetings, and obtain sign-offs.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences domain regulations (GxP).
Hands-on experience in building JIRA dashboards and structures to generate and socialize testing metrics and reports.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with JIRA dashboards and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating global testing teams and enterprise SAP implementations.
