Location: West Pittsburg
Automation Tester
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our banking software products.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify test requirements and create test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure software quality
- Work with the development team to resolve issues and retest fixes
- Develop and maintain testing infrastructure and test environments
- Participate in continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance processes
- Ensure that all tests comply with regulatory requirements, including those for security and data privacy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years experience in automated testing of banking software products using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.) and experience in scripting and automation
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for banking software, including those for security and data privacy
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs
- Experience in test automation using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
