Technology Solutions Specialist

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Technology Solutions Specialist to support digital tools that power strategic communications and public affairs campaigns. In this role, you will configure and maintain CRM, advocacy, email, and analytics platforms; troubleshoot user issues; and partner with consultants to translate campaign goals into effective technology workflows. You will help implement data integrations, QA-test new features, and produce performance dashboards.

The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with curiosity about policy, politics, and media, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CRM, advocacy, and email marketing platforms for client campaigns
• Troubleshoot user and system issues and provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams
• Translate campaign goals into technical workflows, segments, and automation rules
• Implement and monitor data imports, exports, and integrations between key systems
• Conduct QA testing on new features, lists, and campaign setups to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with consultants to recommend technology solutions that improve campaign impact
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal stakeholders
