Business Systems Product Manager

MCC seeks a Business Systems Product Manager to steward and enhance core platforms that support global relief, development, and peace building work. In this mission-driven role, you will act as product owner for CRM, ERP, and related systems, aligning technology and data with MCC's Christian Anabaptist values. You will gather requirements, shape product roadmaps, oversee implementations and integrations, and improve workflows, reporting, and data quality.

Partnering closely with cross-cultural teams worldwide, you will lead training and change management to ensure tools effectively support programs, fundraising, finance, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner for key business systems supporting programs, finance, fundraising, and HRGather, prioritize, and translate user and organizational requirements into clear product roadmaps
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, data quality, and reporting
• Lead implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of CRM/ERP and related tools
• Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors on upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution
• Develop documentation, training, and change management plans for global and cross cultural users
• Monitor system performance and adoption, using metrics to guide enhancements
• Ensure systems and data practices align with MCC's faith-based mission, values, and stewardship goals
