The Director, Global Enterprise Applications is responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Oliver Healthcare Packaging's global enterprise application portfolio. This role serves as a strategic technology and business partner, ensuring enterprise systems enable operational excellence, regulatory compliance, business growth, and digital transformation across the organization.
The Director leads a team responsible for enterprise business systems supporting manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources, engineering, customer experience, and analytics. This leader works closely with business stakeholders worldwide to develop technology roadmaps, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

- Develop and execute, in partnership with the VP, Global IT, a global enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives, growth initiatives, and digital transformation priorities.
- Serve as an enterprise applications advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders regarding technology investments, application modernization, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
- Lead the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Human Capital Management, Analytics, Integration Platforms, and customer-facing business applications.
- Oversee the full application lifecycle, including selection, implementation, upgrades, support, optimization, integration, and retirement of business systems.
- Establish application governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and resource planning processes within the broader IT governance framework.
- Lead enterprise application work streams supporting business transformation, process standardization, application modernization, acquisitions, and system integrations.
- Ensure enterprise applications support regulatory compliance, quality standards, system validation requirements, and audit readiness.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Security teams to maintain effective governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to optimize and standardize global business processes through technology.
- Support manufacturing, planning, quality, inventory, procurement, fulfillment, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Execute enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives in alignment with the enterprise-wide strategy established by the VP, Global IT.
- Ensure enterprise applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and effectively supported.
- Drive operational excellence through application performance management, service improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage enterprise applications operating and capital budgets within the approved enterprise IT financial plan.
- Manage software vendors, licensing agreements, consultants, and managed service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery and strong performance.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of application leaders, architects, analysts, developers, administrators, and third-party partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, customer service, and continuous learning.
- Lead organizational change management efforts and drive successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
