Role:
Senior Manager of Technology Product Management leading Business Analysis within Therapeutics Discovery IT at Johnson & Johnson
Objectives: establish and mature a Business Analysis capability to support scientific, data, automation, and technology initiatives.
Responsibilities- build and lead a team of Business Analysts
- define standards, best practices, and talent development
- lead complex analysis efforts translating scientific and operational needs into actionable plans
- partner with stakeholders across scientific and technical teams

- familiarity with laboratory automation, AI, or digital tools
- knowledge of Agile methodologies, process modeling, and organizational change
- leadership in biotech/pharma environments, cross-disciplinary stakeholder engagement, complex project oversight, and capability building for scientific technology workflows
