Role
Associate Director, Advanced Process Analytics & Data Strategy within the biologics manufacturing analytics team, focusing on applying data science, process modeling, and data architecture to optimize biologics production.
Responsibilities- Define analytics roadmaps connecting process parameters and quality attributes.
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives.
- Build and maintain manufacturing data architecture.
- Develop process monitoring tools supporting PPM and CPV.
- B.S. in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field with 8+ years (M.S. with 6+ years, Ph.D. with 4+ years) of bioprocess experience.
- Expertise in biologics manufacturing (upstream/downstream), GMP compliance, and process characterization.
- Hands‑on skills in Python, R, SQL, and data architecture concepts.
- Proven strategic and influencing abilities.
- Experience with bioprocess data systems (PI, MES, LIMS), digital platforms (OSIsoft PI, Seeq, Power BI), and GMP analytics (PPM, CPV).
