Role
Lead technical architecture and development of Pfizer's Medical Insights platform, Insight Xplorer, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration of regional and business needs.
Responsibilities- Own platform design
- Prioritize build sequencing
- Evaluate new data sources, AI methods, and drive innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital & Technology, Data Governance, and infrastructure teams
- Translate platform capabilities into stakeholder value, support change management
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in data platform development
- Experience architecting or leading analytics platforms in pharma or biotech
- Experience evaluating AI/analytics approaches
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD)
- Hands-on proficiency with analytics tools (Python ML frameworks, Tableau, Dataiku)
- Experience building self-service data platforms
- Platform architecture leadership
- AI/analytics innovation
- Global stakeholder collaboration
- Hybrid work model
- Multiple Pfizer U.S. and European sites
- Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
- No relocation
- US work authorization required
