Erie Insurance's Law Division is seeking a Counsel I–III level to provide legal counsel in data privacy, cybersecurity and related technology matters. The role advises on regulatory obligations (GLBA, FCRA, NY DFS Cybersecurity Regulation) and negotiates AI, technology and data contracts to support business needs.
Eligible candidates will have a J.D. or LL.B., at least ten years of corporate/insurance law experience, and admission to practice in at least one state (PA reciprocity possible).
