Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI), serving as a strategic partner to enable data-driven decision-making within Johnson & Johnson's R&D.
Responsibilities- lead portfolio governance, strategic planning, resource management, and develop portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
- support investment planning and risk identification
- automate and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- design digital automation solutions
- communicate portfolio performance to leadership
- partner with project teams to enhance governance and reporting processes
- champion continuous improvement in portfolio management practices
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years in portfolio/program management, strategy, or data analytics, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or R&D environments
- proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL/R, data modeling, dashboard development, and automation
- experience supporting leadership decisions through analytics and reporting, including executive dashboards and automated solutions
- Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Jira, Power Apps, GenAI-enabled reporting tools
- focus on technology, data, AI initiatives in healthcare/R&D; supporting senior leadership; hybrid work locations across US; emphasis on automation, data quality, and strategic portfolio management
