Role

Qualifications- Bachelor's in Life Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in laboratory or scientific automation, with proven leadership in integrated automation systems, workflow management, and vendor oversight
- Experience with multi-workcell orchestration, AI-ready data strategies, and digital twins. High-value specifics involve discovery and analytical workflows, automation system lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration within R&D environments.
The position is based in Spring House, PA, with potential travel for vendor assessments, system deployment, and cross-site activities.
