Responsibilities

The Commercial Lines Insurance Technician position is responsible for assisting other members of the department with meeting the service needs of customers and performing essential functions that include processing changes, rating, making calls to insurers and clients, and assuring correct information is input into the automation systems to achieve the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

  • At least 1 year of Insurance Account Management experience preferred
  • Self motivated to work independently
  • Familiarity with agency management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Salary based on experience, skills and qualifications
  • P&C Insurance License
  • Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills
