Claims Advocate

• Manage end‑to‑end claims handling for client accounts, including intake, consultation, documentation, reporting, and preparation of client claims reviews
• Partner with insurance carriers and adjusters to investigate, monitor, and resolve complex property, general liability, automobile, and workers’ compensation claims, following established tracking and payment processes
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, timely, and empathetic communication while building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
• Proactively address client concerns, coordinate with internal teams as needed, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and manager awareness

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of industry‑related experience; P&C license required (or equivalent claims licensing)
• Strong working knowledge of insurance laws, claims practices, and insurance systems;
  Applied Epic experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to manage documentation, reporting, and client communications effectively
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, carriers, and vendors; role operates in a professional office environment under the agency’s hybrid work model

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $100K to 125K per year.
