This is a fully onsite position located at our Pennsylvania claims office.
Under the general direction of the Claims Manager, Repwest Insurance, responsibilities include the investigation, evaluation and settlement of claims arising from physical damages to vehicles and property, as well as medium to high exposure bodily injury claims. Tasks include reviewing and negotiating rates for services provided and supervising work product of subordinate adjusters on complex claims. The role requires in-depth knowledge and specialized training in risk assessment, products offered and insurance investigation techniques within the claims office.
Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in claims or a claims related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be willing to become licensed within 12 months of employment in states that require it
- Bodily Injury claims experience is a plus
