Eberl Claims Service is seeking experienced Independent Claims Adjusters to handle daily claims throughout Pennsylvania for multiple insurance carriers.
Manage claims from assignment through resolution by conducting inspections, investigating losses, preparing estimates, and delivering timely service to policyholders and carrier clients. Opportunities are available for both field and desk-based claims professionals.

What You'll Do- Conduct inspections and investigate reported losses
- Prepare estimates, reports, and claim documentation
- Communicate with policyholders, carriers, and claim stakeholders
- Utilize industry software and carrier-specific guidelines
- Deliver timely, accurate claim handling from assignment through closure
- Access to opportunities with top insurance carriers
- Structured onboarding and role-specific training
- Carrier certification support and continuing education resources
- Consideration for current and future opportunities based on your licenses and experience
- Adjuster license where required
- Previous property claims adjusting experience preferred
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage claim inventories effectively
- Proficiency with estimating and claims management software
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
- Background check
- General Liability and E&O Insurance (field adjusters)
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet access
- Smartphone or tablet for field documentation and communication
