Position Summary
Information Providers, Inc. is hiring a part‑time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Blair County, PA. Earn $20–$28 per hour and work independently on the road, managing your own schedule.
Qualifications- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web‑based applications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections
- Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills
Conduct on‑site inspections of homes and businesses, capture detailed photographs and document key features that influence underwriting decisions. Assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data. Compile thorough, high‑quality underwriting survey reports from the workspace, ensuring every detail supports informed risk evaluation.
Schedule options: 7 AM‑4 PM, 8 AM‑5 PM, or 9 AM‑5 PM. Dispatch daily from home with no central office required.
Additional Requirements- Ability to pass a background check
Salary: $20 – $28 per hour.
