Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the East Brady community.
Analyze potential clients' risk profiles to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage as their lives evolve.
Represent The Atlantic District at local events and participate in regional community networking.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for sales and client service.
Ensure all policy documentation and internal reporting is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in the insurance sector.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a book of business independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
Prior experience in leadership or mentoring junior staff is a plus.
