Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Welcome to The Atlantic District. We are a firm built on the belief that insurance should be more than just a policy—it should be a promise kept. Based right here in the heart of Harmonsburg, Pennsylvania, we have spent years fostering a culture that values people over paperwork and relationships over transactions.
As our Principal Elite Agent, you will be the face of our agency and a key architect of our future. We are looking for someone who understands that being an insurance professional is really about being a problem solver and a steady hand during life’s most unpredictable moments. You will not just be selling products; you will be building a legacy within our community.
If you enjoy the art of the conversation, take pride in meticulous work, and want to be part of a team that celebrates your individual wins as much as our collective success, you belong here with us. Come join us as we continue to redefine what it means to be a trusted advisor in Pennsylvania.
