Personal & Commercial Account Manager

Keystone Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is looking for a service-minded insurance professional to join our agency as a Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both personal and commercial clients while developing the expertise needed to transition into a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager position.

• Manage and service Personal Lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies

• Assist commercial clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews

• Support producers with quoting, submissions, and new business implementation

• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners

• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and solutions

• Participate in renewal planning and account strategy discussions

• Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Insurance agency experience preferred

• Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or agency management systems is preferred
