Cultivate and nurture relationships with local residents and business owners to help them secure their futures.

Analyze the specific needs of each client to provide well-rounded coverage options across multiple lines of insurance.

Process new applications, manage policy changes, and assist clients with claims inquiries with care and accuracy.

Review existing client portfolios to identify gaps in protection and recommend appropriate updates.

Participate in local community outreach to build brand awareness and share the value of our agency.

Stay updated on carrier guidelines and regulatory changes to ensure compliant and helpful advice.

Valid Pennsylvania Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or brokerage setting.

Strong command of standard office software and agency management systems.

Ability to commute daily to our Lemont Furnace office location.

Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and risk assessment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple policy renewals.
