Provide clear explanations of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions about their financial protection.

Prepare and present insurance quotes that align with the specific circumstances of individual families and local businesses.

Maintain accurate records of policy changes and client communications within our digital system.

Participate in local community events to increase our agency's visibility and build trust.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure every client interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a strong professional network.

Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Understanding of basic risk assessment and policy coverage principles.

Comfortable working in an office environment in East Brady.
