• Connect with local community members to discuss their insurance needs and identify coverage gaps.
• Provide clear explanations of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions about their financial protection.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes that align with the specific circumstances of individual families and local businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of policy changes and client communications within our digital system.
• Participate in local community events to increase our agency's visibility and build trust.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure every client interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a strong professional network.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
• Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.
• Understanding of basic risk assessment and policy coverage principles.
• Comfortable working in an office environment in East Brady.
