Job Description

Purpose:

This is an early career position that provides enhanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.

Key Tasks:

• Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades

• Quick learner able to multi-task with different projects.

• Packaging systems and components for domestic and international shipping.

• Develop creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.

• Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff including engineers and other technicians.

• Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary

• Display mechanical aptitude

Supervisor, Engineers, Designers/Technicians

Skills &

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED - Required

• Associate's Degree or 2-year trade/military school - Preferred

• Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems - Required

• Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly. Develops creative solutions to challenging problems - Required
