Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations and external representation in Romania’s fast-growing renewable energy sector. This role manages senior-level interactions with energy authorities and industry stakeholders, oversees commercial execution for both utility-scale and residential energy solutions, and ensures full compliance with Romanian regulations.

• Represent the company in meetings with regulators, grid operators, and government bodies.
• Manage commercial processes for residential and utility-scale energy products.
• Oversee contract review, compliance checks, negotiation support, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate pricing updates, tenders, and alignment with legal, technical, and finance teams.
• Monitor Romanian energy laws and policies, providing insights to regional business.
• Resolve commercial issues with customers, EPCs, distributors, and partners.

• Degree in Business Law, Commercial Law, Energy Law, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Romanian energy regulations and commercial frameworks.
• 3–5+ years in commercial or regulatory roles within international companies.
• Experience in renewables, energy, utilities, or infrastructure preferred.
• Romanian and fluent English required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills.
