A well‑established, mid‑size litigation firm in the Philadelphia metro area is actively growing its Medical Malpractice Defense practice. The firm is highly regarded for representing hospitals, physician groups, healthcare systems, and medical professionals in complex, high‑stakes matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a medical malpractice defense attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, trial exposure, and a clear runway for long‑term growth—without the burnout or bureaucracy of Big Law.

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (NJ admission a plus but not required)
- 3–10+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
- Strong litigation fundamentals and comfort managing cases independently
- Trial or courtroom experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in related areas (general liability, premises liability, or professional liability) is welcomed
