Location: Elkins Park
The Banta Law Group, a Northeastern Pennsylvania-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for immediate hire.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, and reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Proficiency in at least one of the following areas required: corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, or contract law. Strong litigation skills, including trial experience required.
Position is full-time and in-office, with potential hybrid flexibility. Salary range $80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses and partnership track available.
