Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Cheltenham

Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, an established and growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm, seeks full-time paralegal minimum 5 years plaintiff’s pre-litigation and litigation experience. Candidates must be self-motivated, independent team player. The paralegal will work directly with clients and attorneys developing facts and being responsible for all aspects of accident/insurance claim reporting, investigation, property damage, gathering and updating medical records and medical treatment, notice letters, lien and subrogation claims, wage loss, related reports, preparation, filing and service of pleadings, document preparation, including complaints, motions, discovery, scheduling of meetings and depositions, trial preparation, etc.

Must be familiar with e-filing procedures in Philadelphia, surrounding counties, and New Jersey. Must have strong written and oral communication skills, be client-service oriented, and have good organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments. This position will be in the Cheltenham, PA office located minutes from Northeast Philadelphia. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with the level of experience.
