Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct extensive legal research and gather relevant information to the case.
2. Provide comprehensive litigation support including drafting legal documents, preparing affidavits, organizing exhibits, and managing all case materials.
3. Collaborate with attorneys in trial preparation by preparing case briefs, evidence, and other legal documents.
4. Manage all facets of the e-discovery process including data collection, processing, review, and production.
5. Write clear, concise, and legally sound reports, memos, and correspondence.
6. Prepare and manage legal documentation, ensuring all paperwork is current and properly filed.
7. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other law firms to schedule meetings, depositions, and trials.
8. Maintain organized case files and manage case tracking system.
9. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and legal articles relevant to our practice.
10. Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
2. A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.
3. Proficiency in legal research, litigation support, case management, trial preparation, e-discovery, legal writing, and legal documentation.
4. Experience in personal injury and civil litigation.
5. Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
11. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
