Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

- Collaborative team environment with ongoing professional development
- Hybrid Remote Flexibility
- Manage a personal caseload with partner oversight
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, inspections, and mediations
- Consult with expert witnesses
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
- J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- 2-15 years of defense litigation experience
- Experience with any of the practice areas listed above (one or more)
- Proven ability to manage discovery, motion practice, and client reporting
