Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney with some exposure to litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is based in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The attorney will engage primarily in transactional work while occasionally handling litigation and ADR cases, working closely with long-term small business clients and providing practical business insights.

• Engage in transactional legal work with occasional litigation and ADR responsibilities.

• Background in or exposure to Big Law is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word;
  Excel skills or willingness to learn.
• Financial or accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Commitment to learning quickly and long-term engagement.
• Preference for candidates over 30 with demonstrated stability.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in PA.
