Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation

The Manager, Customer Logistics will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and be responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management.

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management, ensuring compliance with State/Local/Federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job‑related areas
• Capable of making timely decisions, including off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises

• Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – advanced
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company local and federal regulations, and supply chain management components
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced

• H.S. diploma/GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office – advanced
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge and regulations understanding
• Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
• Strong manufacturing and production knowledge – advanced

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (salaried). Potential annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan depending on level.
