Procurement Operations Analyst
We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and purchasing functions. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and fostering strong vendor relationships. You'll play a key role in strategic planning efforts, support continuous process improvements, and help align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities- Manage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination.
- Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Assist with competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability.
- Help implement process improvements related to packaging, unit of measure decisions, and handling efficiency in coordination with operations partners.
- Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance.
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic problems independently.
- Understanding of supply chain or procurement functions and how day-to-day decisions impact inventory and fulfillment performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with reporting tools; ability to learn and navigate internal systems and databases.

- Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
