Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Warehouse Associate responsible for ensuring efficient operations, safety, and customer service within the club's inventory and sales floor.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following company standards and guidelines to move, pick up, and position merchandise pallets.
• Prioritize and complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements.
• Receive, organize, and manage inventory flow from distribution centers; handle merchandising, inventory exceptions, and required documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, guide technology self‑service, assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products.
• Maintain facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material disposal, and steel standard compliance; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain sales floor appearance: zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, clean displays, ensure modular integrity, and promote seasonal merchandise.
• Fulfill club pick‑up orders: assist picking and staging, ensure accuracy, and perform occasional audits.
• Manage inventory movements and controls: track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and use inventory tools effectively.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, reporting unsafe conditions and non‑functional equipment to management.
• Identify customers needing assistance with technology services, demonstrate solutions, and maintain equipment and product organization.

• At least 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $28.00.

Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and use handheld devices. Shift may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
