Job Description

The Sr. Analyst, Procurement will review collision shop procurement performance data, communicate findings, coordinate training efforts, and assist in the development and communication of procurement SOPs. The role will develop and implement new procurement policies, create KPI dashboards in Domo, and support reporting to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, communicate, and train procurement practices.
  • Develop procurement policies and ensure clear organization‑wide communication.
  • Create supplier KPI and risk‑management tools/reports with the supply chain team.
  • Analyze procurement data, highlight risks and trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Interpret data to identify shop‑level behaviors needing adjustment.
  • Monitor gross profit and buying behaviors, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate training to improve the procurement process.
  • Initiate process improvements within procurement analytics.
  • Develop and communicate procurement SOPs.
  • Utilize Domo, Smart Sheets, and Excel for reporting.
  • Act as liaison among procurement, finance, and shop operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data, correcting code problems as needed.
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Data Analytics.
  • Experience in analytical roles involving data analysis, KPI creation, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics platforms and data modeling techniques.
Desired Certifications and Technical Skills
  • Domo experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate‑to‑advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas).
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain issues.
  • Ability to present data and draw insights.
  • Collision experience preferred.

  • Preference for candidates to work at least 2 days per week in the Rosemont, IL headquarters.
  • Utilize Google Suite for business controls.

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with skills, education, and experience. Eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
