Location: Malvern

Lead the Corporate Services Procurement function across North America through a player-coach model, combining strategic category management with team leadership. This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, leading complex sourcing and supplier initiatives, and managing a team of Category Managers and Purchasing Specialists across categories including Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, and other shared services.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Leading category strategies that deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, supplier performance improvements, and business value.

+ Managing high-impact sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and strategic supplier relationships.

+ Setting procurement priorities, governance standards, and performance metrics across the Corporate Services portfolio.

+ Partnering with senior business leaders to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.

+ Driving procurement transformation, process improvement, and digital procurement initiatives.

+ Recruiting, coaching, and developing procurement talent while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

This highly visible leadership role requires a balance of hands-on category ownership and people leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders while developing procurement capabilities across the organization.

** Required*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of indirect procurement experience, including managing corporate services categories.

+ Proven success leading strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management, and cross-functional procurement initiatives.

+ Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience leading teams, developing talent, and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

+ Proficiency with procurement systems, analytics tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to travel up to 10%.

** Preferred*
* + MBA or other advanced degree.

+ 5+ years of people leadership experience in Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, or a related function.

+ Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.

+ Experience working with global procurement teams and leading procurement transformation or digital adoption initiatives.
