Sr. Supply Chain Manager

MCC seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead global procurement, logistics, and distribution supporting relief, development, and peace building programs. This role designs and manages end-to-end supply chain strategies, overseeing vendor relationships, inventory, warehousing, and international shipping to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials. Working in a faith-driven, cross-cultural environment, the manager partners closely with program and country teams, stewards resources responsibly, and mentors staff while improving processes to support MCC's mission of peace, justice, and compassionate service worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end global supply chain strategies for relief and development programs.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution to field locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level performance.
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and report on key supply chain KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with program, finance, and country teams on material needs and timelines.
• Lead and mentor supply chain and logistics staff and volunteers.
• Implement process improvements and leverage data/ERP tools for efficiency gains.
