Door, Frame, and Hardware Operations Support Technician

Premier Door, Frame & Hardware, Inc., a division of Tague Lumber, seeks a detail-oriented Operations Support Technician to keep door, frame, and hardware projects running smoothly. In this full-time role, you'll assist with order entry, plan review, and coordination between sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. You'll interpret basic construction documents, verify product details, resolve order issues, and maintain accurate records. This on-site position offers hands-on exposure to commercial and residential door and hardware solutions, growth potential, and a collaborative, service-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Process and track door, frame, and hardware orders with high accuracy
• Interpret plans, specifications, and takeoffs to verify product requirements
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to meet project schedules
• Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and product substitutions
• Maintain accurate item data, pricing, and job documentation in company systems
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment for key product lines
• Provide basic technical support to customers and internal teams on product options
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in daily operations
