Lancaster County Motors Subaru is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-volume parts department. This is your chance to become part of a family-owned dealership group that truly values its employees.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts shipments
- Accurately package and ship outgoing parts orders
- Maintain organized and efficient stockroom and shipping areas
- Work closely with parts advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery
- Handle returns and warranty shipments according to manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize parts inventory systems for tracking and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- General Knowledge of receiving goods, stocking inventory and shipping parts by Fed Ex, UPS, etc.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move parts and packages up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license

- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Knowledge of basic math
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check
Hours:
Monday through
Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM and occasional Saturdays 7:30AM to 4:00PM
