Senior Manager, Business Process Development

• Analyze supply chain planning and execution processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems, including Oracle ERP and Oracle ASCP.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, system upgrades, and new feature enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and execution systems.
• Lead or support supply chain projects, process redesigns, and automation initiatives.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials.
• Manage at least two Business Process Systems Analysts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and process optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation tools and demand forecasting processes.
• Experience in supply chain collaboration and capacity planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement, receiving and warehouse, manufacturing, and order fulfillment processes.

Demonstrates expertise in supply chain planning, process optimization, and data analysis, with a strong focus on collaboration across cross-functional teams. Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and skilled in implementing process enhancements and automation initiatives.
