• Perform all aspects of residential painting with a focus on managing your jobsite, your crew and the customer;
• Attending Pre-Job meetings with the customer
• Actively planning the job
• Executing daily team huddles and checking on the work of your crew
• Executing daily job site check-ins
• Leading by example and teaching other painters through “Know, Show, Do, Review”
• Performing Post-Job meetings and final walkthroughs with customers
• Communicating with customers in English
• Execute all the daily painting activities from the start to the finish of each project including:
• Painting the interior/exterior surfaces of residential properties using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Removing old paint to prepare surfaces prior to painting
• Applying protective coverings to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes
• Filling cracks or breaks in surfaces of articles or areas with putty or epoxy compounds
• Cleaning work areas and equipment
• Communicating with your Crew Leader
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Maintaining a positive attitude

• Previous experience in residential painting (
  MIN 5 years required )
• Previous experience as leader/supervisor (
  MIN 2 years required )
• Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
• Excellent preparation and painting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in all aspects of painting
• Able to work extensively on ladders and not afraid of heights
• Carpentry experience preferred but not required

Standard Hours;
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
