• Full-Time, Days
• Every 5th weekend
• Holidays

• Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades
• Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
• Assist with snow removal as needed
  
  Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
• Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc.

• Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  
  Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
  
  Valid Drivers license required
