Service Tech - Spring Dance Hot Tubs at LESLIES ISLE OF WIGHT LIMITED

Spring Dance Hot Tubs, part of Leslie's family since June 2022, is the oldest exclusive hot tub dealer in the Philadelphia, PA region. We specialize in hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and backyard accessories, including Hot Spring®, Caldera®, and Freeflow® products. Our Service and Water Valet teams ensure customers have safe, clean, and well‑maintained hot tub experiences.

Based in Jamison, PA, Spring Dance Hot Tubs, Inc. seeks a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our growing Spa Valet Service Team. The role involves ensuring customers enjoy safe, clean, and well‑maintained hot tub experiences through expert care and service of their spa water. Prior experience in pool or spa maintenance or knowledge of water chemistry is advantageous but not required;

comprehensive training will be provided.

• Safely and responsibly drive to customer homes to perform routine and seasonal maintenance with pride and attention to detail
• Educate customers professionally and kindly on proper equipment care, chemical use, and maintenance best practices
• Recommend upgraded service plans, replacement parts, filters, and other accessories to enhance the customer experience
• Perform water testing, analysis, and necessary chemical adjustments
• Deliver and install covers and accessories, including cleaning covers and equipment exteriors
• Maintain assigned service van in an organized, clean, and fully stocked state
• Maintain a safe driving record, understanding personal driving behavior can impact employment
• Collaborate as a team player with flexibility to meet customer needs and support fellow team members
• Occasionally assist the delivery team with installations as needed
• Keep the service room organized, clean, and fully stocked at the assigned location

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
