• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
• Complete an initial training program designed to develop necessary skills for remote technical support
• Utilize access to the latest technical data and repair strategies while collaborating with fellow consultants
• Support a domestic OEM brand by resolving challenging vehicle repair issues

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
• Valid driver's license
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving customer interaction

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Typing skills
