• Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties.
• Maintain departmental and facility operating equipment.
• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, replacement, and cleaning.
• Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.

• Experience in driving and maintaining equipment and vehicles that are necessary on a large commercial facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven problem solver.
• Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
